Troubleshooting Mobile Phone Chargers

If your charger does not appear to be charging the phone, take the time to troubleshoot the unit before buying a new one or seeking repair. One common problem we see is a charger that is not registering when it is plugged into the socket. If this is the case, check to see if the battery is fully charged. Sometimes the charger will not respond when the battery is fully charged. If the battery is low but not charging, then check to make sure the outlet you are plugging into has power.
