Lawrence and Sebastian are always super friendly and knowledgeable. First interaction was a few years ago when I brought a gaming laptop in that was overheating. I had tried to clean it myself and after they looked at it informed me I had blown the fan bearings with too much air pressure. They performed a deep clean and installed new fans. Currently using it to write this years later so they saved me having to buy a $1000+ replacement by now. Been back a few times since with other items and can tell they enjoy and take pride in their work. Always my first stop for any electronics issues.

Lawrence, provided excellent customer service since the first day. I took him my iMac he updated it and installed a fully functional operating system. That I was gonna be using for my business. I must say I’m glad that I did take it to him. That’s I got exactly what I needed it and more his customer service is beyond today’s standard. The guy literally took a computer to my truck. Even though I’m capable to do, who does that nowadays? . Very welcoming professional couldn’t ask for more from one business to another. Thank you.

Wonderful guys at this place. The owner is super nice, and helpful and the same can be said for his employee as well. I had planned on building a new computer myself, and after I had it halfway put together I realized I was in over my head. In one day these guys had it together and purring like a kitten. I absolutely reccomend them.

If you ever have any problems with your pc COME HERE! THEY ARE AMAZING! I have a high end gaming pc that is worth ALOT of money, so I did a lot of research on pc repair shops near me as I needed the highest quality of service. I brought my pc here and they did not disappoint! I made a dumb decision of leaving a soda on my gaming desk which I bumped and it spilled all over the floor and some of it (quite a decent bit) splashed back onto my pc. It got on the sides and the back of the pc (where all the vents and vital components are at) and it looked like some got on the inside of the pc. I kept the pc off for a couple of days and then brought it in to see if they could take a look at it. The next day they called me and let me know that the owner looked inside with a microscope and saw there was some residue on the top of the GPU and other areas, so they did a deep cleaning and then ran a benchmark test after to make sure everything was running as it should. It has been a couple of months since then and my pc is still running perfectly with no issues at all! These guys are life savers and the owner was really helpful and knowledgeable. The employee who helped me out the day before too was also great. Thank you guys!

Nice folks. I was only there to donate some hardware, I do my own stunts as far as repairs. But, as a retired Information Systems Director one can tell by looking if someone knows what they're doing or not, be they End User or Technician. I could see these guys have chops.

Looking to purchase a laptop for small time personal video editing and Lawrence just gave me a BOAT LOAD of FREE knowledge over the phone which I am very thankful for! So many computer companies dont even want to Sneeze on the phone with you unless they charge you, lol! My head is spinning...so much I legit DONT KNOW about computers! Still.....happy to have a local shop I can trust to help guide me through this deep, dark computing abyss! Thanks again! 😉

Took the wife’s laptop in for repair. Was quoted up to a week for part to arrive. A bit later, Sebastian called to let us know they actually had the part available, they also serviced the laptop as well and it was ready in less than two hours. Talk about customer service…WOW! Lawrence and Sebastian were both very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this shop for any of your computer needs.

He explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand, and I never felt like I was being talked down to or rushed out the door.
The repair itself was done quickly and efficiently, and my computer now runs like it's brand new. The pricing was also very fair, and I felt like I got a great value for the services rendered.
Definitely would recommend this place for anyone who needs to have their computers fixed.
