Troubleshooting Mobile Phone Chargers

If your charger does not appear to be charging the phone, take the time to troubleshoot the unit before buying a new one or seeking repair. One common problem we see is a charger that is not registering when it is plugged into the socket. If this is the case, check to see if the battery is fully charged. Sometimes the charger will not respond when the battery is fully charged. If the battery is low but not charging, then check to make sure the outlet you are plugging into has power. Finally, check the battery. If all of these are functioning properly, then bring the charger to us for help.

If the pins or ports are bent or broken, the charger will not work. However, this is not always visible. If you notice that the charger only works if you wiggle the port into a certain position, this is likely the problem.
